Project Abstract
<p></p><div> <b>ABSTRACT </b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div>The preponderance of human interactions on the surface of the earth has led them to the creation of recreational activities termed “Sports” to help actualize their existence on earth. Since then, many has also gone ahead to diversify and think out many ways of engaging in sporting activities to earn more pleasure and for better relaxation. In this dispensation, sports has gained an upper hand in world affairs hence, has occupied a centre stage in world entertainment. Countries strive to equip their citizens with knowledge and facilities in a bid to achieve a favourable balance of sports-know-how with other countries.</div><div><br></div><div>Furthermore, the strength and weakness of a country could lie in its development in sports which has both Political and Economic merits. This has been a motivating factor for states to improve their sporting discipline both by personnel capacity building and infrastructural development which is called Sports development. In view of the research topic, which sees the effects of Coaches and athletes attitudes to sports development in Bayelsa state, it could be deduced that the personnel is a major actor in sports development.</div> <br><p></p>
