Project Abstract

This research study investigates the effects of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on cardiovascular health in young adults. The aim of the study is to examine how HIIT, a popular and time-efficient exercise training method, influences various aspects of cardiovascular health among young adults. The research will explore the physiological responses to HIIT, such as improvements in cardiovascular fitness, blood pressure regulation, and lipid profiles. Additionally, the study will assess the impact of HIIT on reducing the risk factors associated with cardiovascular diseases in young adults.
