Project Abstract
This study evaluates a school-based physical activity (PA) intervention designed to enhance cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) and academic performance among adolescents in rural high schools. A cluster-randomized controlled trial was conducted across 12 rural high schools over a 9-month academic year, with 6 schools assigned to the intervention and 6 to the control condition.
