Project Abstract

<p><br>Vocational and technical training programs provide adult learners with job-specific skills required for various trades and occupations. This project aims to study the role of such programs in workforce development and career mobility of adult learners. It will analyze the structure, curriculum, delivery methods and outcomes of prominent vocational training providers. Case studies of adult learners who have participated in and benefited from vocational programs will be presented. The research will conclude with recommendations for improving access, quality, relevance and certification standards of vocational training programs to better serve the evolving needs of adult learners and the job market.<br><br><br><br><br></p>
