Project Abstract

<p><br>Adult education has seen significant growth in recent decades as more adults recognize the need for continuous learning and skills upgrading. This project aims to understand the key motivations driving adults to enroll in educational programs and courses. Through a review of literature and survey data collected from 200 adult learners, the study identifies intrinsic motivations like personal growth and fulfillment, as well as extrinsic motivations like career advancement and higher earnings. The interplay between individual motivations and external factors influencing the decision to pursue further education is also examined. Overall, the study provides insights into what motivates adult learners and implications for adult education institutions to better support learner needs and motivations.<br><br><br></p>
