This study investigates the influence of digital literacy programs on the socioeconomic advancement of adult learners, aiming to evaluate the extent to which digital skills acquisition translates into tangible improvements in their social and economic status. In recent years, rapid technological advancements have transformed individuals' access to information, employment opportunities, and social services, making digital literacy an essential competency, especially among adults who may have limited prior exposure to digital technologies. Despite the proliferation of digital literacy initiatives across various regions, there remains a paucity of comprehensive data evaluating their actual impact on adult learners' socioeconomic outcomes. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather in-depth insights from adult participants enrolled in digital literacy programs within urban and rural settings. The quantitative component involves structured questionnaires administered to a sample of 300 adult learners, focusing on their digital skills, employment status, income levels, access to social services, and overall perceptions of life quality before and after program participation. Complementarily, qualitative interviews with 30 participants and program facilitators explore personal experiences, challenges faced, and perceived benefits of digital literacy acquisition. Data analysis includes descriptive and inferential statistics to identify significant changes and correlations between digital literacy and socioeconomic variables, as well as thematic analysis of interview transcripts to capture nuanced perspectives. Findings reveal that participants exhibit marked improvements in digital competencies, which correlate positively with increased employment opportunities, higher income, and enhanced social engagement.
