Gentrification is a complex phenomenon that has garnered significant attention in urban and regional planning due to its profound impact on neighborhood social dynamics. This research project aims to assess the impact of gentrification on neighborhood social dynamics in urban areas, focusing on understanding the underlying processes and implications for community cohesion, social networks, and resident well-being.
