Project Abstract

<p><br><br> <br>This research project examines the various environmental impacts associated with different methods of electricity generation and patterns of electricity usage. The study analyzes and compares the life cycle impacts of electricity produced from fossil fuels like coal, natural gas and oil as well as renewable sources such as solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal and biomass. It also evaluates how consumption behaviors and energy efficiency measures can influence overall environmental effects. The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the environmental tradeoffs between different electricity options to inform sustainable energy decisions. <br><br><br></p>
