In recent years, the banking industry has witnessed an increase in regulatory requirements aimed at enhancing financial stability and consumer protection. However, compliance with these regulations often imposes additional costs and operational challenges on banks. This study will examine the relationship between regulatory compliance and various aspects of bank operations, including risk management, internal controls, technology adoption, and customer service. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of regulatory data and qualitative interviews with bank executives.
