Probiotic supplementation is increasingly adopted as a strategy to modulate the gut microbiota, enhance gastrointestinal health, and improve growth performance in weaned piglets facing post-weaning stress and dietary transition. This study evaluated the efficacy of a multi-strain probiotic consortium (including Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Enterococcus species) administered to piglets under commercial farm conditions, with a randomized controlled design across multiple pens and litters to reflect real-world variability.
