This research study aims to evaluate the impact of e-government initiatives on citizen engagement and service delivery in local governments. E-government initiatives have gained momentum globally as a means to enhance government services and engage citizens in governance processes. The chapter also discusses the theoretical framework that will guide the study. In Chapter Four, the research findings are presented and discussed in detail.
