Project Abstract

This research study delves into the crucial area of enhancing citizen engagement in local government decision-making processes. With the increasing importance of fostering participatory governance and strengthening democracy at the grassroots level, the role of citizens in shaping public policies and decisions has become paramount. The aim of this study is to investigate the current state of citizen engagement in local government decision-making processes, identify challenges and opportunities, and propose strategies to enhance and optimize citizen involvement for more effective and inclusive governance.
