This research seeks to investigate the impact of e-government services on citizen participation in local governance. The chapter will also discuss the theoretical framework guiding the study and address any potential limitations in the research methodology. Chapter Four will present the findings of the study, including an in-depth analysis of the data collected and a discussion of the implications of these findings on the research topic.
