The rapid advancement of technology has revolutionized therapeutic approaches in stroke rehabilitation, with virtual reality (VR) emerging as a promising tool to enhance motor recovery, cognitive function, and patient engagement. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of VR-based therapy compared to traditional rehabilitation methods among stroke patients, focusing on functional improvements, patient motivation, and overall quality of life. A randomized controlled trial was conducted involving 60 stroke survivors within six months post-onset, divided equally into two groups a VR therapy group and a conventional therapy group.
