High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has gained significant attention in recent years as an effective exercise strategy for improving cardiovascular health. This research study aimed to investigate the effects of HIIT on cardiovascular health in sedentary individuals. The study involved a sample of sedentary participants who engaged in a structured HIIT program over a period of 12 weeks.
