Project Abstract
Regular exercise is known to have significant impacts on cardiovascular health, with both aerobic and resistance training being popular forms of physical activity. This comparative study aimed to investigate the specific effects of aerobic and resistance training on cardiovascular health parameters. The study involved a sample of 100 participants, divided equally into two groups one group engaged in aerobic training, while the other group performed resistance training.
