Telehealth has emerged as a valuable tool in the healthcare industry, offering innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes. This research study aims to investigate the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care nursing settings. The utilization of telehealth technologies in home care nursing has the potential to enhance access to care, improve communication between patients and healthcare providers, and optimize health outcomes for individuals receiving home-based care. The research will be conducted through a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. A comprehensive literature review will explore the current state of telehealth in home care nursing and its effects on patient outcomes. The study will also involve the collection of primary data through surveys and interviews with home care nurses, patients, and healthcare providers. Chapter One will introduce the research topic, provide background information on telehealth in home care nursing, outline the problem statement, objectives of the study, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and define key terms. Chapter Four will present the findings of the research, discussing seven key aspects related to the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care nursing settings. Finally, Chapter Five will conclude the research study by summarizing the key findings, discussing the implications for home care nursing practice, and offering suggestions for further research in this area.
