This comparative study investigates the impact of telehealth on chronic disease management in older adults. As the population ages, the prevalence of chronic diseases among older adults has increased, posing significant challenges for healthcare systems worldwide. Telehealth, defined as the delivery of healthcare services remotely through technology, has emerged as a promising solution to improve access to care and enhance disease management outcomes. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in managing chronic diseases among older adults, focusing on key outcomes such as patient satisfaction, health outcomes, and healthcare utilization. The research methodology includes a systematic literature review to identify relevant studies on telehealth interventions in chronic disease management among older adults. A comparative analysis will be conducted to evaluate the impact of telehealth on key outcomes compared to traditional in-person care.
