Project Abstract

Telehealth has emerged as a promising tool in transforming healthcare delivery, particularly in home healthcare settings. This research aims to explore the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes within the context of home healthcare. The study will investigate how the utilization of telehealth technologies influences patient care, health outcomes, and overall satisfaction in the home healthcare environment. The research will be guided by a comprehensive literature review that examines current evidence and trends related to telehealth in home healthcare settings. Factors such as patient engagement, care coordination, remote monitoring, and access to healthcare services will be explored to understand how telehealth interventions contribute to improved patient outcomes. A mixed-methods approach will be employed to collect and analyze data. Quantitative data will be gathered through surveys and patient health records to assess clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness of telehealth interventions. Qualitative data will be obtained through interviews with healthcare providers and patients to gain insights into their experiences and perceptions of telehealth in home healthcare.
