This systematic review investigates the impact of telehealth on chronic disease management in older adults. The aging population faces increasing challenges in managing chronic diseases, necessitating innovative solutions such as telehealth to improve access to care and enhance health outcomes. The study aims to synthesize existing literature to assess the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in managing chronic diseases among older adults. A comprehensive search strategy was employed to identify relevant studies, focusing on telehealth interventions targeting chronic disease management in older adult populations.
