This study evaluates the effectiveness of nurse-led health education programs in improving diabetes management among adult patients. Diabetes mellitus, a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by high blood glucose levels, remains a significant public health challenge globally, contributing to considerable morbidity and mortality.
