Project Abstract

Effective management of diabetes mellitus relies heavily on patient education, adherence to treatment protocols, and lifestyle modifications. This study aims to evaluate the impact of nurse-led educational programs on diabetes management outcomes among adult patients in a selected healthcare facility. The research investigates how targeted nursing interventions influence patients’ blood glucose control, medication adherence, self-care behaviors, and long-term health outcomes. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of nurse-led education. A total of 150 adult diabetic patients participating in the study were recruited through purposive sampling and divided into intervention and control groups.
