Project Abstract

Libraries are essential spaces for learning, research, and community engagement. However, librarians often encounter difficult patrons who disrupt the library environment. This research project aims to explore the various dealing strategies employed by librarians when facing challenging patrons and to analyze the outcomes of these strategies. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
