The rising popularity of plant-based diets among young adults, particularly university students, necessitates a comprehensive evaluation of their impact on nutritional status and chronic disease risk. This study investigates the patterns and perceptions of plant-based diet adoption among students, examining how these dietary choices influence nutritional adequacy and health outcomes.
