This study aims to assess the nutritional status and dietary patterns of adolescents residing in urban communities, where lifestyle and environmental factors significantly influence dietary habits and nutritional health. A cross-sectional descriptive research design was employed, involving a sample of 300 adolescents aged 10-19 years selected through stratified random sampling from three major urban neighborhoods.
