Project Abstract

This research study aimed to investigate the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on reducing stress and anxiety levels among college students. The prevalence of stress and anxiety among college students has been a growing concern, impacting their academic performance, mental health, and overall well-being. Mindfulness-based interventions have gained attention as a potential effective approach to address these challenges. This study utilized a mixed-methods research design, incorporating both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions in reducing stress and anxiety levels among college students.
