<p> This research is a randomized pilot aimed at examining whether a mental healh services model of care (engagement session followed by a choice of brief interpersonal psychotherapy or pharmacotherapy) is more effective in reducing depression during pregnancy, improving social functioning and parenting, and preventing postpartum depression than usual care. <br></p>
