Project Abstract

<p><br>The aim of this research project is to investigate the impact of various food processing techniques on the nutritional quality of meat products. With the increasing demand for processed meat products worldwide, it is essential to understand how different processing methods affect the nutritional composition, including protein content, amino acid profile, lipid composition, vitamins, and minerals. This study will employ a combination of analytical techniques to evaluate the nutritional changes occurring during processing, including proximate analysis, amino acid profiling, fatty acid analysis, and vitamin/mineral quantification. The findings from this research will contribute to optimizing processing methods to enhance the nutritional value of meat products while meeting consumer preferences and regulatory standards.<br><br><br></p>
