Project Abstract

<p>**<br>This research aims to investigate the feasibility and efficacy of utilizing natural antimicrobials for the development of novel food preservation methods. With increasing consumer demand for minimally processed and additive-free foods, there is a growing interest in exploring natural alternatives to synthetic preservatives. Natural antimicrobials derived from plants, herbs, spices, and other sources offer potential as effective preservatives while addressing concerns related to food safety and quality.
