This project examines the environmental impacts of dams, with a focus on how they affect migratory fish populations. Case studies of specific dams and river basins are analyzed to understand how dams impact fish migration and breeding. Mitigation strategies are also explored, such as fish ladders, bypass channels, and dam removals.
