Project Abstract

This research project aims to analyze the property tax assessment process on residential properties in Imo State, focusing on the challenges faced by assessors, property owners, and the government. The study will explore the current methods used for property tax assessment, including the valuation criteria, assessment techniques, and compliance enforcement strategies. The research will employ a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
