Project Abstract

<p><br><br><br>This project will develop an advisory services business model and proposed service offerings for a new entrepreneurial consulting venture. Through competitive research and analysis of industry trends, the most viable opportunities in the advisory services space will be identified. A business model canvas will be created to outline the key components of the venture, including value propositions, customer segments, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structure and potential revenue projections. Specific advisory service offerings will then be proposed, with descriptions of what problem each solves and how it creates value for target clients. Sample marketing collateral will be developed to introduce the offerings to potential early customers.<br><br><br></p>
