Project Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the critical success factors influencing female entrepreneurs in technology startups. The underrepresentation of women in the technology industry, particularly in entrepreneurial roles, has been a longstanding issue. Through a comprehensive analysis of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by female entrepreneurs in this sector, this study seeks to provide valuable insights that can inform policies and strategies aimed at promoting gender diversity and inclusion in technology entrepreneurship. The research will be guided by a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
