Post-colonial literature has played a significant role in shaping modern identity formation by exploring the complexities of cultural hybridity, identity crisis, and the impact of colonial legacies on post-colonial societies. This research aims to analyze the influence of post-colonial literature on the formation of modern identities through a critical examination of selected literary works from diverse post-colonial contexts. The study employs a qualitative research approach to investigate how post-colonial authors have depicted the struggles, conflicts, and negotiations involved in the construction of individual and collective identities in the aftermath of colonialism.
