Exploring the Representation of Gender in Selected Works of Contemporary British Literature

Project Abstract

This project aims to critically examine the representation of gender in selected works of contemporary British literature. In recent decades, the literary landscape has witnessed a surge of diverse voices and perspectives, challenging traditional notions of gender and identity. By analyzing the depiction of gender in the works of contemporary British authors, this study seeks to gain insights into the evolving social, cultural, and political discourses surrounding gender in the United Kingdom.
