Project Abstract

<p> This project aims to analyze process economics and cost estimation methodologies for chemical plants. The study will focus on the development of comprehensive cost estimation models for chemical processes, including equipment costs, operating costs, and capital investment. Various cost estimation techniques such as factorial method, Lang factor method, and equipment cost correlation will be evaluated and compared for their applicability to different types of chemical processes.
