Project Abstract

<p> This project aims to investigate the role of plant cell wall composition in plant-microbe interactions. The plant cell wall is a complex structure that plays a crucial role in plant defense against microbial pathogens and in establishing beneficial interactions with beneficial microbes. However, the specific components of the cell wall and their contributions to these interactions are not fully understood. In this study, we will analyze the composition of the plant cell wall in different plant species and examine its influence on the establishment of plant-microbe interactions. By elucidating the role of specific cell wall components, this research will contribute to a better understanding of plant-microbe interactions and may have implications for the development of novel strategies for crop protection and enhancement. <br></p>
