Project Abstract

<p> This project aims to investigate the effects of various plant growth regulators on fruit ripening in selected plant species. Fruit ripening is a complex physiological process regulated by various hormones, including ethylene, auxins, gibberellins, and abscisic acid. By applying different plant growth regulators at specific stages of fruit development, we will examine their impact on fruit ripening, including changes in color, texture, flavor, and aroma. The results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the hormonal regulation of fruit ripening and may have implications for improving fruit quality and post-harvest management practices. <br></p>
