Project Abstract
<p> The emergence and spread of antibiotic resistance pose a significant threat to both human and animal health. While the role of antibiotic use and misuse in the development of resistance is well-established, the contribution of animal behavior in the spread of antibiotic resistance remains relatively unexplored. This project aims to investigate the role of animal behavior in the transmission and dissemination of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. By understanding the behavioral factors that contribute to the spread of resistance, we can develop targeted strategies to mitigate its impact and preserve the effectiveness of antibiotics in both human and veterinary medicine. <br></p>Project Overview
