Project Abstract

<p> This research project aims to investigate the role of exercise in managing diabetes. Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by high blood sugar levels, resulting from either insufficient insulin production or ineffective insulin utilization. Regular physical activity has been shown to have numerous benefits for individuals with diabetes, including improved glycemic control, increased insulin sensitivity, weight management, and reduced risk of complications. This study will explore the mechanisms through which exercise influences diabetes management and examine the optimal exercise prescription for individuals with diabetes. The findings of this research will contribute to the development of evidence-based exercise recommendations for diabetes management. <br></p>
