Project Abstract

<p> This research project aims to investigate the role of agricultural education in promoting sustainable agro-processing practices. Agro-processing plays a crucial role in adding value to agricultural products, reducing post-harvest losses, and enhancing food security. However, the adoption of sustainable agro-processing practices is still limited in many regions. This study will examine the current state of agro-processing practices and the role of agricultural education in promoting sustainable approaches. By conducting interviews, surveys, and case studies, this research will identify the barriers and opportunities for integrating sustainable practices into agro-processing activities. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and agro-processors to enhance the sustainability of agro-processing practices and contribute to the overall development of the agricultural sector. <br></p>
