Assessing the knowledge and awareness of agricultural students about agricultural cooperatives

Project Abstract

<p> This research project aims to assess the knowledge and awareness of agricultural students about agricultural cooperatives. Agricultural cooperatives play a vital role in promoting collective action, enhancing market access, and improving the socio-economic conditions of farmers. However, the level of understanding and awareness among agricultural students regarding the functioning and benefits of agricultural cooperatives remains uncertain. This study will employ a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews, to evaluate the knowledge, perceptions, and attitudes of agricultural students towards agricultural cooperatives. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the gaps in knowledge and awareness among agricultural students and inform educational institutions and policymakers on strategies to enhance the understanding and engagement of future agricultural professionals with agricultural cooperatives. <br></p>
