Project Abstract

<p> This research project aims to assess the knowledge and awareness of agricultural students about agricultural policy advocacy. Agricultural policy advocacy plays a crucial role in shaping agricultural policies and regulations that affect farmers, rural communities, and the overall agricultural sector. However, the extent to which agricultural students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to engage in policy advocacy remains unclear. This study will examine the level of understanding among agricultural students regarding agricultural policy advocacy, including their knowledge of policy processes, their awareness of key policy issues, and their ability to effectively advocate for policy changes. By conducting surveys and interviews with agricultural students, this research will provide valuable insights into the gaps and challenges in agricultural policy advocacy education. The findings of this study will contribute to the development of targeted educational programs and strategies to enhance the knowledge and skills of agricultural students in agricultural policy advocacy. <br></p>
