Project Abstract

<p><br>Poultry farming is an important agricultural activity in many parts of the world. However, manual labor requirements for daily tasks like feed distribution and watering make it a challenging occupation. This project aims to develop an automated system for poultry feed distribution and watering to reduce labor, improve efficiency and ensure uniform intake by birds. A prototype will be designed, fabricated and tested on a small scale poultry farm. Various sensors and actuators will be integrated with a microcontroller to automate the feeding and watering cycles with minimal human intervention. This is expected to benefit small and marginal poultry farmers through reduced costs and optimized production.<br><br></p>
