Project Abstract
Records management plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of any organization, ensuring that important information is properly stored, accessed, and utilized. This research project aims to investigate the current state of records management practices in selected business organizations in Owerri metropolis. The study will focus on the processes and systems in place for managing records, including both physical and digital formats. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
