Cyberattacks pose a significant threat to businesses worldwide, with medium-sized enterprises being particularly vulnerable due to their limited resources and cybersecurity capabilities. This research project focuses on the analysis of cyber risks in medium-sized enterprises in France, aiming to provide insights into the specific challenges and vulnerabilities faced by these organizations. The study begins with an in-depth examination of the current landscape of cyber threats and the evolving tactics used by cybercriminals to target businesses. Through a comprehensive literature review, the research explores existing frameworks and best practices for mitigating cyber risks in organizations. The methodology chapter outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analytical techniques employed to investigate cyber risks in medium-sized enterprises. A combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches is utilized to gather data from a sample of medium-sized businesses in France, allowing for a nuanced understanding of the cyber threat landscape in this sector. The findings chapter presents a detailed analysis of the data collected, highlighting common vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and consequences of cyber incidents in medium-sized enterprises.
