However, there is a growing need for novel topical treatments that are effective, safe, and well-tolerated by patients. This research aims to investigate the efficacy of novel topical treatments for acne vulgaris through a comprehensive review of existing literature, a detailed analysis of the mechanisms of action of these treatments, and a clinical study evaluating their effectiveness in a real-world setting. The study will focus on identifying promising novel topical treatments, assessing their comparative efficacy against standard treatments, and determining their potential role in the management of acne vulgaris. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research, presenting the background of the study, the problem statement, research objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definitions of key terms.
