The utilization of laser therapy in the treatment of periodontal disease has gained significant attention in recent years due to its promising outcomes and potential benefits. This research project aims to assess the efficacy of laser therapy as a treatment modality for periodontal disease by evaluating its impact on clinical outcomes, patient comfort, and treatment effectiveness. The study involves a comprehensive review of relevant literature, an examination of different types of lasers used in periodontal treatment, and an analysis of the existing evidence regarding the efficacy of laser therapy in managing periodontal disease. The research will be conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of clinical data with qualitative assessments of patient experiences and treatment outcomes. A sample population of patients diagnosed with periodontal disease will undergo laser therapy treatment, and their progress will be monitored over a specified period. Clinical parameters such as probing depth, clinical attachment level, and bleeding on probing will be measured before and after treatment to evaluate the effectiveness of laser therapy in improving periodontal health.
