This research project aims to assess the efficacy of different teeth whitening methods in clinical practice, focusing on their effectiveness, safety, and patient satisfaction. The study will involve a comprehensive literature review to examine the existing evidence on teeth whitening techniques, followed by a primary research component to evaluate the outcomes of specific methods in a clinical setting. The introduction provides background information on the increasing demand for teeth whitening procedures and the importance of assessing the various methods available. The research problem is identified as the lack of comprehensive data comparing the efficacy of different teeth whitening techniques, leading to ambiguity in clinical decision-making. The objectives of the study include evaluating the effectiveness of popular teeth whitening methods, assessing patient satisfaction levels, and investigating any potential adverse effects associated with these treatments. Chapter Four comprises a detailed discussion of the research findings, including comparisons of different teeth whitening methods, analysis of patient satisfaction scores, and identification of any adverse effects reported. The conclusion and summary in Chapter Five provide a synthesis of the study outcomes, implications for clinical practice, and recommendations for future research in the field of teeth whitening efficacy assessment.
