The study will begin with a comprehensive literature review to explore the existing knowledge on toothbrushing techniques and their effectiveness in plaque removal. Various factors influencing plaque accumulation and the role of toothbrushing in oral health maintenance will be examined. Additionally, the importance of plaque removal in preventing dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and bad breath will be highlighted.
